I am a researcher at the intersection of artificial intelligence, organizational behavior, and healthcare. My work centers on leveraging robust machine learning models, causal inference techniques, and statistical methods to improve decision-making. I am particularly interested in how data-driven AI systems and intelligent agents can advance patient-centered care, shape user trust, and improve organizational performance.
